About Bill Armstrong
Bill Armstrong speaks and writes from the conviction that every organization...every individual... has undeveloped potential. He simplifies leadership techniques and applies them to everyday problems, challenges, and opportunities. As a consultant Bill has worked with organizations to increase productivity, reduce operating costs, and improve labor-management relationships. His clients range from small family-owned companies to the Fortune 500, in industries as diverse as steel, mining, automotive, food processing, software, refractories, fabrication, chemicals, and service-oriented companies. In describing his work with mergers and acquisitions Merger Management Report referred to him as "the corporate marriage counselor".
